Mona S. Ellis has worked as an Administrator, worked with EAP consultants, Commerical Insurance Companies and Small Business Employers to help individuals comply with DOT Drug and Alcohol policy, Industry Logistic Leading Companies to ensure public safety and help individuals promote recovery and provide counseling to individuals experiencing family issues, employment issues, substance use, and cooccurring disorders.
SERVICE DELIVERY We utilize online Visual Audio Tele-Health Services via the Simple Practice Telehealth Platform for people that need individual counseling, family counseling, substance abuse services, addiction counseling and aftercare services. We provide the most affordable and comprehensive level of intervention services for DOT/Non-DOT employees in safety-sensitive positions for return to duty, individuals, and families in the recovery of substance use disorders, alcohol, cocaine, marijuana, and opioid addiction.
As mandated by the company or DOT, we provide visual audio Telehealth Technology via the simple practice telehealth platform to conduct SAP evaluations.
We provide client with clinical mental health and substance abuse screenings, counseling, and referrals to medical programs for medication-assisted treatment and maintenance.
